A brain surgeon, author, and wrestling coach Dr. McLaughlin knows how obstacles affect your body & mind. He explains the science behind quitting and its effects on the brain, and why it’s critical to overcome obstacles. We get good at what we do, which includes quitting. Through his life experiences, he’s learned to metabolize fear using what he calls “Cognitive Dominance.” It allows you to make quick decisions in stressful situations, something we all need!
